Old Hopewell Methodist Cemetery Near Hollis, NC

Notes:
Located in the Hopewell-Hollis area of Rutherford county. It is located about 1.4 miles east of the present Hopewell Methodist Church, north of Ellenboro. It is situated in an island of pine trees in and open field about 500 feet off the north side of the Hopewell Road (County road # 1760). The cemetery covers about 2 acres and contains several hundred old graves, but unfortunately only a few of them have inscribed markers.
