According to Joseph Parker Titus, ggg grandson of Richard's brother, Jonathan, Richard and Jonathan and another brother, Francis, left Rutherford County and went to Overton Co, TN where Richard stayed. Jonathan and Francis went on to Livingston Co, IL to raise their families. They sold their land on Puzzle Creek in Rutherford County to the Pattersons about 1819 when they left.
