Notes:

He first bought and settled on his parents homestead. Later he purchased the John B. Nolan farm just south and adjoining Palm Tree Methodist Church near Lawndale. He and his wife had four children.

Notes:

First lived on the farm of his parents. Later he bought the old Moss farm adjoining the Lewis Gardner old home place near Waco where he lived several years. He later moved to Buncomb County, N.C. He had five children.
