  Notes	From Clevelamd Gardner's notes: Colonel Grigg was a Democrat. He was a member of the Salem M.E. Methodist Church. When Salem Church was torn down the membership went to Fallston to the new M.E. Methodist Church organized at Fallston. Colonel Grigg and wife Carrie Gardner purchased a farm and settled just east of where New Bethel Church stands and where a Mr. Falls later lived.
