Notes:

Abraham was charged many times as being disguised in drink, for swearing bitter oaths, for bad keeping of the ferry across the James and for keeping a drinking and tippling at his house without license. He attempted to have his brother Thomas declared "non compos mentis" to upset his will but lost.
